2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (conclude / check data processing agreement). When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) is processed in server log files. 3. No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.

4. Request form

If you use the request form, we process the data you enter (contact details, site data, remarks). The order PDF is generated in your browser and transmitted to us by email; on request you receive a copy. Purpose: handling your request and performing the order; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store the data as long as required for processing and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). [check retention periods]

4a. Advance registration (waiting list)

If you register in advance, we process your name, email address and voluntary details (company, interests, expected number of sites, message) and, optionally, a source tag from the link you used to reach us (no cookies). We send you a confirmation email (double opt-in) and, once confirmed, inform you about the launch of the service. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (email info@plaic.de). Unconfirmed entries are deleted after [e.g. 14 days]; confirmed entries are stored until you withdraw consent. 5. Recipients
